Follow these 4 easy steps to get started renting DVDs:

- Search for titles.

- Pick-up your DVDs from the store before closing time.

| Membership Requirements |
- Reserve up to 3 DVD's until 10PM each day.
- Pick-up your movie at the store before closing time.
- You must be 18 years old.
- You must have a valid credit or debit card for your first rental.
- A valid e-mail address. This e-mail will be validated during the sign-up process. You will need to access your e-mail to begin renting titles.

Rental Rates |
- All DVD's rent for $3.50 for 2 nights.
|
|
Extended Viewing Fees |
- Extended viewing fees will accumulate on your account at the rate of $1.50 per 24 hours. Saturday & Sunday are included for the extended viewing fees.
- The maximum extended viewing fee per DVD is $25.
- Maximum extended viewing fees will be charged after 30 days.

Reservation Policy |
- You may reserve up to 3 titles on-line at a time.
- Reservations are kept until you pick them up or cancelled daily when the store closes.
- If you fail to pick up 2 reservations in a 7 day period, you will need to reserve your next titles in our store. At that time, your account will be reactivated for on-line reservations.

Privacy Statement |
- When you create a membership account, we ask you for personal information. We use this information to process your rentals and to communicate with you about the status of your rentals. We also use your email address to send you one weekly newsletter related to New Release Products for the week.
- When you rent your first DVD, we ask you for your full name, telephone number, and valid credit or debit card. We use your telephone number only if there is a rental-related issue. None of your personal information is used for external marketing purposes. You must certify that you are at least 18 years old. Our server stores this information so that future rentals will be quicker and easier. If you want to update your information, go to My Account and make the appropriate changes. You must be signed in to access Your Account.
- We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal identifying information to third parties. Any exceptions to this policy of sharing your name or email address with any company will be done only with your permission. We reserves the right to disclose information when required by law.
- We have implemented technology and security features, as well as strict internal guidelines, to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use. We will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available. While we make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
